Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Only

**About the role**:
We are looking for somebody with strong organisational skills and experience working on multiple tasks to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be able to communicate at different levels and follow up on tasks in this role. We are a small team that ensures all our people have the right skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs to meet our customer service excellence expectations, this role is a key part to our influential L&D team.
**Typical activities you will be involved in are**:
- Manage all admin for workshops, courses and training events including booking rooms, sending training invites to delegates, making sure all equipment and resources are organised and provided, organising any lunch or refreshments if needed for in person workshops, tracking attendance and collecting feedback
- Prepare paperwork and set up relevant systems for courses and training
- Maintain and update the Training calendar
- Ensure accurate, detailed training records are maintained by uploading any relevant documentation onto the LMS system
- Process any training requests and communicate with this with the wider L&D team
- Ensure any refresher training is planned in a timely manner
- Monitor site training compliance within the business and communicate this through production of ad-hoc and regular training reports
- Liaising with external training providers and certified bodies as required
- Ensure the relationships between the L&D team, internal stakeholders and external suppliers are positive and productive, offering a value-added L&D service
- Supporting with creation of invoices for all L&D activity
**What experience do you need to have**:
- Must have experience in an administration or support role
- It is essential to be confident in communicating at all levels
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office packages
- Ideally has previous experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience working in an operations training environment is desirable
- Must be able to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to adapt their behaviour to the situation
**Contract Type**:
Temporary, 12-month Fixed Term Contract only
**Salary**:
£27,000 per annum
**Hours of Work**:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
