**The Other House creates a groundbreaking new sector in the hospitality space: A Residents’ Club.**

Each Residents’ Club blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments, and private rentals. It provides residents a sense of home with beautifully designed club flats, access to hotel-style services and a member’s club for as long as they are in town - whether it be a day, week, month, or year. Think pied-a
- Terre meets private club. The brand will highlight the best in British design with a focus on sustainability and smart technologies at its core. The Other House will provide a unique environment for travelers seeking flexibility, style, and experiences to remember as we reimagine how people stay.

The first location with over 200 Club Flats opened after significant investment in South Kensington, in summer 2022, to great acclaim. The Other House Covent Garden is planned to open in 2024 and The Other House Belgravia in 2025. Whilst the initial focus will be on prime central London, the venture will roll out globally, catering for the aspirational business and leisure traveler for short and long-term stays.

**Role/Summary: HOUSEJACK SUPERVISOR**
- Delivering memorable and unique experiences to all our guests, exceeding their expectations
- Act as The Other House ambassador and drive all feedback platforms
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external customers, liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless resident/ member experience is achieved
- Delivers across in all Front Desk operations to include, but not limited to, resident/member service and registration (check-in/check-out) and hosting the front of house area
- Preparation of VIP arrivals, administrating the daily list, allocating suitable club flats, co-coordinating with housekeeping/food and beverage on amenities, maintaining contact with VIPs and regular residents throughout their stay
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Performing daily Arrivals checks and reporting.
- Maintaining data integrity and security through the accurate capture of all relevant information, comments, and preferences, upholding confidentiality
- Maintaining the security and safety of The Other House, adhering to key, cash handling and all financial policies and procedures
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitoring the cleanliness and ambience of the lobby and front of house areas
- Recognising opportunities to maximise revenue by up selling and offering suitable additional items.
- Attending and participating in meetings as required by the operation.
- Build a knowledge of the local area, amenities and packages available for our residents to enable them to make informed choices during their stay.
- Being flexible and creative, working outside the box and across all areas of the house as per the business needs and in line with management directions
- Support the Front of House Manager with team recruitment, training, development and performance management where applicable.
- Deputise for the Assistant Front of House Manager if/when required.

**Essential Skills**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Strong training delivery experience is essential.
- Experience in hotel operations and service quality levels.
- Strong organization and analytical skills in problem-solving.
- Ability to acquire, maintain and influence relationships e.g., stakeholders, customers, vendors, investors.
- Effective conflict and change management skills
- Positive and engaging with good interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Strong task and time management skills
- Flexible with a flair for intuitive service
