We are looking for Early Years practitioners to join our team.

We are a small family friendly nursery that takes great care in getting to know both our children and their families well to ensure we can provide the best possible care.

We require someone who is friendly, approachable, proactive and uses initiative well to ensure children's experiences follow their interests. Out the box thinking is welcomed to provide the children with new and exciting learning.

Daily tasks include caring for multiple little people who will form close bonds with you and look to you for support in all areas, have good memory skills in order to remember individual routines, names, Mummy's and Daddy's names, what shoes children have on and what comforter is theirs. The want to provide new and exciting experiences daily that will help develop children's abilities in all areas in a fun and enthusiastic way. Enthusiasm is key even on days where you may not feel yourself. Organisation is key in ensuring daily paperwork and children's learning journals are kept up to date and to ensure families feel included in their child's learning and days at nursery.

Being able to work as a team and on your own projects is essential along with having effective communication to ensure the nursery runs as smoothly as possible to ensure the children and families are invited into a calm and safe environment.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,008.00 per year
