**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome parents and children as they enter the Mini Me Role Play Centre.
- Provide information about our facility and the available role-playing activities.
- Take orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, following established recipes and procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area, including maintaining stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Engage with children during role-playing activities, encouraging imaginative play and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Monitor children to ensure they are following safety guidelines and behaving appropriately.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up before and after each play session.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for enhancing the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or childcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating change.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine interest in working with children and fostering their creativity and imagination.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and childcare is desirable.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
