**Job Title**:Programme Coach

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**£23,000 - £27,000 per annum + Benefits

**Location**:Peterborough, PE7 3UP
- with regular travel as commensurate with the role

**Holiday**:25 days exclusive of bank holidays and statutory holidays + 3% employers pension contribution

**Responsible to**:Programme Manager

**Responsible for**:Volunteers during delivery sessions
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post as the post holder will have some direct working with vulnerable people.

**Summary of Job**:
As a Programme Coach, you will lead or assist in the delivery of sessions and be responsible for ensuring that all pre and post programme preparations are made, including liaison with key stakeholders and team members. In addition to this, you will holdprimary responsibility for the collation of all requisite paperwork and data.

**Key Deliverables**

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Delivering high quality physical and social emotional learning programmes.
- Working in an inclusive way to build positive relationships with participants
- Collating feedback data from participants and referral partners, to inform future programme delivery and continuous improvement

**Programme Support and Delivery**:

- Support or lead on the delivery of programme sessions, as necessary.
- Hold responsibility for participant, staff and volunteer health and safety during delivery.
- Retain open and professional communication between our charity and participants.
- Support participants to achieve their goals during sessions.
- Act as a mentor and always as an ambassador for our charity and our values
- Collate feedback data from participants and referral partners and use this to inform future programme delivery and continuous improvement.
- With colleagues, increase overall client participation across all our charity’s regional projects.

**General**:

- Ensure that organisational governance is adhered to.
- Fully assist in internal auditing processes.
- Monitor the performance of services and report complaints or safeguarding concerns from clients and commissioners and other stakeholders in line with BF policies.
- In conjunction with your line manager, continuously develop the role to maintain that all tasks are undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner, which meet the strategic aims and objectives of the service.
- Participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal, to identify your own job-related training and development.
- Represent our charity at key events and meetings.
- Help identify opportunities for new contracts and services and work with colleagues to respond to such.
- Undertake any other duties that maybe required which are commensurate with the role.

**Administration**:

- Ensure that all delivery calendars and schedules are accurate and updated.
- Maintain and submit accurate records of programme delivery.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of administrative systems and procedures and standards for record keeping.
- Ensure that all session data is recorded accurately, and time bound.
- Maintain databases and undertake any other administrative duties.

**You will be suited to this role if you have**:

- A successful background in sport and education-based programmes
- A working knowledge of safeguarding and trauma informed practice
- Experience of leading both group and 1-2-1 deliveries
