We are a small, family run company with over 30 years of experience offering Full Office Refurbishments, Signage and Branding Service.
As we design and manufacture in house, our bespoke service means that we can offer to install something unique to our client’s brand, to differentiate them from their competitors.
From Reception and Conference Areas, bespoke shaped desking, coffee tables, shelving units and Cupboards to bespoke wall fitting displays and artwork. Some of the Products we offer are

We are looking for a new member of staff to join our small successful team due to our valued Project support specialist relocating.
Both a construction knowledge and a design and artistic understanding would be advantageous

- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings including taking meeting notes where required and assist in follow up actions arising from the maintaining accurate financial expenditure records and work schedules.
- High level administration of strategic Programme and Project board Including attending meetings and taking minutes and circulating such documentation as appropriate.
- Monitoring project progress and process in relation to the Key Event
- Assist team in identifying furniture and equipment required for and liaise to ensure all the procurement of the furniture and equipment.
- Act as Goods Receiving officer during the commissioning period checking goods into the project and ensuring that they are stored and subsequently placed
- Assist the all line managers on the delivery of specific projects exercising a degree of autonomy under the direction of each line manager.
- Under direction implement and keep up to date the project management paperwork in line with the project specification
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure any faulty or incorrect items are returned or replaced.
- Lead on small ad-hoc internal projects as and when
- Be lead on dealing with all customers and clients
- Keep impeccable client files for future reference
- Liaise with all line managers on timelines and completion dates
- Cost all projects, send all quotations and invoice accordingly
- Make sure all risk assessments and methods statements are completed
- Liaise and book all subcontractors onto projects
- Analyse and work with the customer agreed to scope, impact, resources and outcomes of project
- Assign work, delegate responsibility and support involved resources to ensure delivery
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
- Deal with project issues promptly and professionally, escalating if necessary
- Monitor all receipts from clients
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years' experience working as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology and principles
- Be able to work within a team
- Proactive and multi-tasking
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
