As our Fraud Operations team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities, we’re seeking a Fraud Operations Administrator to join us. You’ll be an important member of the team - it will be down to you to support our fraud teams and help to keep the bank and our customers safe from illegal activity.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Supporting the Fraud team with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses
- Calculating charges and interest
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime
- Carrying out support functions (such as securing/recovering funds, loading cases, closing accounts and mailboxes)
- Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience

**What you’ll bring.**
- Good knowledge of Risk Management
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
- Knowledge or experience of fighting fraud and financial crime
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Flexible, approachable and works well under pressure

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
