Key responsibilities:

- Training and motivating your staff
- Maintaining the condition of beer and wine
- Overseeing or liaising with the kitchen
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
- Enforcing health and safety rules
- Dealing with difficult customers
- Marketing/Promotion of Events and increasing Sales

Skills/Qualifications:
Must have Hospitality management/supervisory experience, preferably in a Gastro pub environment

Must have an in depth knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and food

Exceptional eye for detail

Digital Marketing and Promotional Experience

Driving license due to location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
