**Where does this role fit in?**
- You will be part of the friendly finance team handling both sales ledger and purchase ledger, **ensuring smooth financial operations**.
- ** Posting and allocating customer payments** and reconciling unallocated payments
- Provide excellent customer service, **addressing and resolving customer queries** promptly and effectively.
- Processing service invoices and conducting weekly and monthly invoice runs.
- Completing bank reconciliations.

**What will you need?**
- You’ll need to be** proficient and confident in Sage 200 and Excel.**:

- Great experience** in managing both sales and purchase ledgers. **You’ll love getting involved in all aspects.
- ** Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills**. Able to prioritise workload across multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- ** First class communication skills**, able to work cross functionally and build key relationships across departments.
- ** Exceptional attention to detail. **You will have** **a relentless focus on ‘right first time’.
- ** Happy to work independently**, as well as with the team when required.
- ** Fantastic problem-solving skills **would be an added bonus
- Driving licence - occasional requirement to travel to the other offices
