Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our multi-hotel reservations team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests and agents with their hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

**Duties**:

- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with their hotel reservations
- Providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities
- Processing reservations and ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the system
- Handling special requests and ensuring guest preferences are noted
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and promotions

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices ideally from working in a similar role or working on a hotel reception - Good computer skills and working knowledge on MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
