Site Administrator

Oldbury

Rate Negotiable

Linsco are currently recruiting for a site administrator in the Oldbury area. ASAP start for temp to perm opportunity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

To assist with the day-to-day running of the Site office and provide administrative support to the Site and SHEQ Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting visitors and issuing visitor permits
- Assist with raising Material & Plant requisitions
- Liaising with the Site & Regional Admin teams to track deliveries
- Assist with completing Materials received & Plant return sheets
- Arranging and co-ordinating events
- Minute taking
- Typing and creating documents as required (e.g., presentations, newsletters, case studies etc.)
- Filing (including archiving), scanning & photocopying
- Maintain site noticeboards, registers, inventories, trackers, office diary and meeting room calendar
- Assist with collating monthly reports (e.g., carbon reporting, project reports etc.)
- Provide administrative support to site management, and the SHEQ Team
- Ensuring professionalism, integrity, and quality is maintained throughout all activities
- Contribute to our uncompromising health & safety for all mission by ensuring company SHEQ, and all other procedures are followed
- Support & contribute to our sustainability and social value goals
- Assist with and promote our mission of providing a safe and caring workplace
- Any other duties as reasonably required

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Conversant with modern office equipment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS & Publisher)
- Strong organisational skills
- Written and verbal reporting skills
- A keen attention to detail whilst being able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborative approach to communication with Client / Supply Chain & Colleagues
- Some experience in a similar administrative role
