**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Sample Administrator, to collect samples from Customers, transport to Westward Laboratories and register the sample according to Administration and other procedures set out in the Quality, LIMS and Administration Manuals, some of the duties will include:

- Arrange and collect samples from customers and convey them to Westward Laboratories via a refrigerated van.
- Register the samples on the LIM System in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensure where appropriate samples are maintained and inform customers of missing samples or samples in poor condition.
- Liaise with the team informing them of incoming samples.
- Package and send to authorised external laboratories, samples for subcontracted tests.
- Undertake the cleaning of the sample registration area and van interior and exterior
- Plan and make arrangements for maintenance of the company van.
- Field calls referring enquiries to the relevant department.
- Maintain a professional approach at all times working alongside and supporting the team at all times.

**The Right Person**

- Previous administration/customer service experience
- Current Driving Licence
- Good IT skills - experience of MS Office packages
- Able to travel to Westward Labs based in Callington
