The general tasks will include:
- Providing valuations & prepare files for annual reviews
- Managing client bookings in line with adviser diaries
- Issuing client agreements and ensuring they remain up to date in line with the relevant business
- Managing the letter of authority process
- Dealing with client policy records
- Administering risk questionnaires, data captures and client portal registrations
- Ensuring the relevant business fees are received
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, providers and the team
- Ensuring compliance issues are dealt with
- Assisting all other teams with other tasks as needed
- Raising any issues or queries regarding SLA’s, tasks or internal process
- Assisting the Investment Committee with relevant tasks
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FCA rules at all times
- Comply with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and, financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes
- Share learned knowledge and skills with team, this may take the form of training
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
