**About the role**:
When you join our 36-month Finance Graduate Development Programme, you’ll undertake three 12-month placements with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of roles across different Finance teams.

The expectation is that the three placements would include experience several roles while you also study towards your professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA). Most Finance teams are based in Warwick, with some based in London, so depending on placements there may be opportunity to work at both offices. Read on to find out more about our finance teams

This role is based at Warwick with flexible, hybrid working.

**About you**:
Finance is a crucial function of National Grid and affects every aspect of the company, so you’ll need to be a good communicator and be able to engage with people at every level. You’ll have an interest in Finance and strong numerical ability as well as a passion and drive to succeed. You don’t need prior work experience or a finance-based degree; we will teach you everything you need to know to have a successful and rewarding career in Finance.

You’ll have a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline.

Ideally, you’ll also have a valid full UK Driving Licence.
