We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people's lives. All applicants must be flexible and able to work at key times of service delivery, various shifts available. We are looking for walkers and drivers who can work alternative weekends, who have excellent communication skills and have the ability to support people in the community with all aspects of their daily living routines who will respect their dignity and who will promote choice and privacy at all times

**The role**:
- To provide excellent personal care and support within peoples own homes
- Administer medications
- Shopping and Domestic work
- Companionship
- Some sleepings and waking nights may be available
- Social interaction/sitting service
- Prepare and assist with meals
**Requirements**:
- **To be of a caring nature**:
- All training will be given for you to succeed in your role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work as a team or as an individual
- Self motivating, enthusiastic and friendly to others
- Positive hard working attitude
**Desirable**:
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- NVQ 2/3
