Fire Stopping Operative

**Overview of the role**:

- You will be part of a team of Fire Stopping Operatives leading the way in Fire Safety.
- You will be required to install penetration sealing systems in strict accordance with manufacturer installation guides.
- Our operatives must be polite, punctual hard working and keen to work as part of a busy team. You will be required to adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring safety standards are met and that quality control standards are maintained to the highest of quality.
- Your works will mainly be performed in occupied buildings
- This job role may require you to occasionally work away from home or night shift work if required by the needs of the job.

**Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience**:

- NVQ2 In Passive Fire Protection Installation with greater than 2 years experience
- FIRAS Certification card is desirable but not essential.
- Asbestos Awareness is desirable but not essential. (Training is provided)
- Full UK Driving License
- CSCS card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hartlepool, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
