We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to primarily assist in our Litigation Department and who would take over the administration and organisation of our flagship charity event, The Yorkshire Young Achievers Awards which takes place each November.

Duties will include:

- Speaking with clients and dealing with day-today enquiries
- General administration support to include audio typing, scanning and photocopying
- Opening files and closing of files (to include archiving)
- Preparation of invoices
- Preparing Court Bundles/case preparation
- Maintaining an accurate filing system both online and paper based
- Diary management
- Providing administrative assistance in respect of the Yorkshire Young Achievers Foundation (YYAF)
- Providing assistance to other departments during busy periods

Key skills:

- Strong secretarial background
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- IT proficient
- Good drafting and writing skills
- Good organisational skills

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking to join our busy team.

2-3 years’ experience would be desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
