**Day / Evening Support Practitioner**

**Short Term 7 month contract from 1st March to 30th September, with a successful contract completion bonus of £300**

**£10.10 per hour**
**24 hours per week over four days**
**2.30pm to 8.30pm Tuesday - Friday**

To encourage independence whilst providing background support and support with routines, life skills attainment, resettlement; you will also have responsibility for liaising with the relevant services to arrange support sessions and activities in the unit.

Your main work will be based at Catherine Court but you may be required to work at our other accommodation site.

Clean driving licence and use of a car is desirable
