**Description**:
The opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in UK’s Building Services sector. Alternative Heat design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.

We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a **Yard Operative** to support our growing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- They will review assembly drawings, position, and install the support bracketry.
- They will work with a team to wrap/heat shrink the cabins for dispatch and prepare the cabins for transportation.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- 4 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Being able to read and understand assembly drawings.
- Basic set of hand tools.
- In date CSR card
- Reliable & punctual.
- Work well in as a team.
- Willing to help in other areas of the assembly yard.

Located centrally between Dublin and Belfast our 8.5 acre Head Office and feabrication facilities, which are fully equipped with overhead cranes and 8,000m² of workshop floor area, provide an ideal factory construction environment which is reflected in the high quality solutions we offer.

We employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of our bespoke MEP solutions, which we supply throughout the UK and Ireland.
