Farlam Hall are looking for a Reception/Reservations Supervisor to improve their guest service offering. The hotel has recently appointed a new Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai to oversee the property and become the go to luxury hotel in the North West.

We are offering the amazing opportunity to become a member of our team. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and exceptional standard of practice. This role is ideal for somebody looking for a new challenge.

We have just recently finished the refurbishment of the full hotel, including, restaurant, kitchen, rooms, lounges and grounds with kitchen garden.

Job Description;
- To ensure that effective training and development of employees is maintained.
- To explore and maximise all opportunities for additional sales across relevant offers & events.
- To lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Taking hotel and restaurant reservations in line with company standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
