We urgently require an experienced Administrator/Minute taker to work alongside our prestigious client based in Leeds.

Some duties include but are not limited to:

- Front-of-house queries
- Clinical queries
- Accuracy of data entry in Excel, Word, Access, and Theseus
- Organize team meetings and minute-taking

**Past experience must include working within electronic monitoring and recording systems, customer-facing, audit requirements, and cash handling. Must have minute taking experience, ideal would be public sector, charity, NHS, any healthcare.** **Basic DBS and completed NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent required.**

Hours: 0900hrs to 1700hrs Mon to Fri

Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour PAYE Weekly paid plus Holiday Pay

**Must be available for all shifts Monday to Friday until the 18th of March.**

For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, when advertising permanent vacancies we are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies we are acting as an Employment Business.

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
