**Job description**

**Sales Administrators** are responsible for handling all aspects of communication with our customers. This will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders received from online selling platforms.
- Processing telephone orders and taking payments.
- Managing communications with CRM
- Answering customers’ support tickets
- Raising invoices / credits.
- Booking deliveries by pallet network or courier.
- Advising customers about our products.
- Tracking orders and keeping customers informed.
- Handling customers’ complaints
- Mailshots and marketing campaigns
- Compiling databases of potential customers by market research and contacting them.
- Acquiring new customers

Personal
- One to two years experience in telephone sales /customer service or marketing would be an advantage (Recent University Graduates can also apply)
- Self motivated and goal orientated
- Organised and self disciplined
- Responsible and Honest
- Positive and Outgoing
- Quick learner for our products
- Friendly but professional communication style
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player
- Keen to succeed

- Location: Brislington, Bristol

- Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 28 days a year
- Salary: start from £25000.00 a year
