**Marylebone - Housekeeper / Receptionist / Porter - Monday to Friday £24K - £27K**

**Office Description and Location**:
A boutique residential development company, consisting of various luxury apartments, townhouses and penthouses, are looking for a Housekeeper Receptionist /Porter who has experience working with property management and as a receptionist to join their team in Central London. you will be responsible for two properties; your main place of employment will be in the offices at Marylebone, with regular visits to the property at Tottenham Court Road to oversee that the building is being kept in good condition. Both offices are located no more than a 10-minute walk away from the nearest station; with plenty forms of transportation to pick from, easily accessible and located in the heart of London.
- First point of contact for queries and responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Monitoring/patrol of the communal areas of the development on a daily basis to ensure good presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Receiving and signing of mail/packages on behalf of the residents
- Man the reception desk and relay back any issues that arise following the reporting processes
- Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development including understanding the evacuation procedure and location of fire safety information and equipment
- Check and screen all visitors, guests and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour
- Conducting weekly testing of smoke alarms & monthly testing of emergency lighting
- Responsibility for refuge collection daily
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Taking pictures of meters at both Offices on the 20th of every month and sending these to management
- Assist with other reasonable duties as requested

You must be smart in appearance, approachable and warmly welcome visitors. You must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a concierge and/or part of a property management team; experience as a receptionist would also be a plus. You will need to have checkable references; we need at least 2 references to register you with the company. You must have a reasonable standard of English; spoken and written.

Some IT or computer skills preferable but NOT essential.

**Days of Work and Salary**:

- Shift work: 7.30am to 4pm/ 9.30am to 6pm and 10.30am to 7pm
- Monday to Friday
- Salary: Between £24K - £27K
