**£11.50 per hour plus Holiday Pay (12.07%)**

Polite and professional Porter required, on an ongoing temporary basis, at the residential development in Marylebone. The role is very much a combination of front of house as well as hands-on cleaning and maintaining the standards of the building. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors and be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the site in accordance with company procedures and industry best practice, as well as ensuring the site is clean and tidy at all times. The Porter Skills should have prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good IT skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
