Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create PO’s on our internal system
- Hire/purchase machines and tools
- Keep live hire updated and accurate
- Log breakdowns and schedule repairs to site
- Book in deliveries and collections
- Book parking
- Keep training matrix up to date/ book training/managing re payment documents
- Create delivery notes
- Collect labour from different sites
**Experience**:
- 3 years experience using Microsoft packages
- 3 years administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time management
- Motivated
- Can work independently
- Works well under pressure
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
