Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our organisation. This is a vital role that requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in using accounting software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Produce and present management accounts to department heads
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards

Experience & Qualifications:

- A recognised accounting qualification - preferably AAT or higher
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, with an excellent working environment and benefits to include private health insurance, stakeholder pension scheme and a company bonus scheme.
