**Windrush Care - Care Assistant**:
**Hourly wage: - **_£12.10 per hour (Mon-Fri) £14.10 per hour (Weekends) + enhancements for Bank holidays_
**Travel allowance: - **40p per mile _(From home to first call and onwards, then back home)_
**Clear and concise pay scales**. with nothing hidden. For one hour of work - you will be paid our stated hourly rate (dependent on weekdays and weekends)

Plus - all hours worked will accrue holiday time - which will then be available to use as paid holiday. For every 8 hours of work, you do - you will accrue **1 hour of** **holiday leave**.

**Location**: We provide care and support calls to clients in the Cheltenham and the North Cotswolds areas.

**Hours available**:_**:

- 07.00am - 14.00pm
- All of our carers must have some weekend availability

**What’s actually involved as a home carer at Windrush Care?**
- Companionship visits
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Supporting with medication and ensuring our clients are safe with their medication
- Assisting with housework, preparing meals or even walking the dog
- Helping with errands such as food shopping, posting letters or picking up prescriptions.
