Workshop Operative

We require a reliable and motivated workshop operative to join our busy manufacturing team making bespoke wardrobes and doors.

The job will involve being adaptable within the workshop environment and will include the following duties:

- Cutting, drilling and assembling aluminium doors;
- Cutting and edging MFC board to the specification on assigned jobsheets;
- Assembling and adding hardware to timber doors which may also include hand routing;
- Quality checking all work.

Working hours are: Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm, Fri: 8am-4pm

Previous experience of the following equipment is preferable:

- Panel Saw
- Chop Saw
- Jigs and hand routers
- Drills
- Joinery workshop background
- Forklift license

Must be able to:

- Be reliable
- Follow jobsheets accurately
- Work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Produce quality work

Due to the remote location, a driving licence is necessary to get to work.
