As a Senior FP & A Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the financial planning and analysis processes for the company. With a focus on tackling climate change and reducing our environmental impact, this is an opportunity to makea real difference in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the FP & A team to ensure financial planning and analysis processes are followed
- Providing insight to senior leaders on the company's upcoming performance on a monthly basis
- Using the TM1 system to create an environment from which financial reporting and analysis can be obtained
- Planning, implementing, and delivering financial meetings with relevant senior management team and providing regular commercial analysis around performance
- Leading and designing an effective, efficient process, managing risk and opportunities with a constant focus on supporting the business
- Being the core technical lead in the development and maintenance of the TM1 toolset
- Ensuring that data extracted from the accounting system is complete and correctly identified and allocated
- Supporting the team with their training and career development needs
- Creating and maintaining an environment and process for a rolling monthly forecast, with this ultimately providing a provisional annual budget model

Role Requirements:
- Qualified CIMA Accountant
- Experience with TM1
- Proven ability to work with the business to understand and interpret the practical implications of financial data
- Track record of strong financial leadership, ensuring best practices of financial analysis, planning, and reporting
- Ability to translate data that drives the right actions
