Supervise a team of administrative staff including undertaking appraisals, supervision, training and development and Band 3 and Band 2 staff. Allocate and supervise administration tasks delegated to other members of the administration team. Work with Line Manager to lead on the introduction and proactive management of any new processes and initiatives.

Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team. Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required. Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought forward systems to manage work. Inputting and updating service user information and service user/team activity on computerised information systems, creating service user notes where necessary and according to policy.
