**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Specialize in creating afternoon tea spreads, tarts, and cakes for weddings and events hosted at the hotel
- Collaborate with our event planning team to fulfill custom orders and exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management, ingredient ordering, and general bakery duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Strong skills in creating afternoon teas, tarts, and cakes, with an emphasis on quality and presentation
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends, with flexibility for occasional evening shifts for events
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
