**Working days **- Monday to Friday

**Working Hours **- 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5hrs per week)

**Salary** - £23,000 p/a.

Fleet-Serv have been trading for 15 years and are one of the forefront suppliers of repair and maintenance services to the UK transport industry, this ranges from HGV, Trailers. light commercials and lifting equipment, maintaining over 10,000 assets on various arrangements, our brand pillars are, Approachable, Reliable, Experience & Expertise. We can offer from full contract maintenance to service only and PAYGO agreements, some of our customers include high street retailers, hire companies and independent hauliers, our customers are supported through our own network of mobile engineers and customer-based vehicle maintenance units, in addition to this we have an approved network of service agents who carryout work on our behalf.

We are currently looking to recruit a Parts Coordinator, to join our ever-growing team at head office, based in Yaxley, Peterborough. As a Parts Coordinator for Fleet-Serv, you will play a critical role in assisting our network of mobile engineers, as well as a variety of other teams within head office, including the estimating team and schedulers.
- **Parts identification **- Liaising with manufacturers / suppliers to accurately identify the correct parts that are required.
- **Purchasing** - Raising supplier purchase orders and chasing outstanding back ordered parts.
- **Shipping **- Organising deliveries and collections via third party couriers.
- **Inventory Management **- Performing stock checks on all mobile engineer’s van stocks, as well as mobile stores around the country. (A company vehicle will be provided for all necessary travel)
- **Picking & Packing**
- **Overseeing of PPE** - Ordering and stock management for FS Mobile engineers.
- **Tool Inventory **- keep record of existing tools on each mobile vehicle and manage returns of faulty tools and replacements.

To be successful in the role you will need to be organised and confident, with strong communication skills both verbally and written. You will require good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft office products, and you will be a good team player, with a positive attitude towards a flexible role.
