An opportunity has arisen for a **Senior Finance Business Partner** to join our Finance team in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. Purpose of this role is to be the finance lead for the Heavy Industry Business Unit.

**Job role**:

- Prepare, manage and analyse the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows of the Heavy Industry Business Unit.
- Work closely with Project Managers to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage the month end process including reviewing and presenting financial information.
- Provide technical guidance on key financial accounting matters (i.e. revenue recognition)
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on actual and forecast data.
- Present financial KPI’s to the Director of Heavy Industry and lead team.
- Support the preparation of Board Papers.
- Build and review financial models to review new opportunities.
- Support functional excellence initiatives to improve governance in the CFO’s Division.

**You’ll have**:
Essential:

- Experience in short and long term forecasting.
- Clear and concise communication both written and verbal. Comfortable communicating to Senior Executives
- Excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of getting it right, with a track record of providing high quality, accurate and robust analysis for decision making purposes, with the experience to discern the level of detail that is fit-for-purpose for the decision at hand.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
