Dental Receptionist

Our practice is looking to recruit an experienced Dental Receptionist, to provide support to our fully private practice.

The practice is well established (over 20 years) with excellent processes and procedures already in place. We have a very experienced clinical team with a passion for providing high-quality dental care. We offer general, cosmetic and implant treatments.

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous dental receptionist administration experience
- Sound working knowledge of SOE Exact Dental
- Work well within a team as well as individually
- Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Great organisational skills
- Punctual and reliable

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Triaging patients
- Answering the phone, booking and amending appointments
- Updating patient records
- Handling sensitive information and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Handling and processing payments
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
