**Main Responsibilities**

Modelling best practice and advising on pedagogy and delivering our innovative curriculum within a specified phase within school.

Raising achievement and improving pupil progress through quality first teaching and multi-disciplinary working.

Support the professional development of teachers within the phase, particularly those early in their career or new to the phase, to secure good and outstanding practice is well evidenced.

To play a leadership role embedding consistently good SEMH teaching practice and strategies across the phase, to raise achievement so that all pupils succeed. Securing and maintaining the effective implementation of systems which ensure that school aims and objectives are met.

**About you & Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone who
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Extensive experience of working with children who have SEMH and communication difficulties co-morbid with learning difficulties, ADHD, Mental health and/or sensory processing issues.

Flexibility in dealing with changing circumstances.

A commitment to the ethos, vision and values of the school and the Together Trust.

A strong commitment to working co-operatively with parents.

The ability to work effectively and co-operatively with colleagues within a staff team.
