Senior Presentations Operator

**Salary**: £34,000 per annum

Location: London, EC2V 5DD

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm with 30 minute break

Work model: Hybrid - London, in the office initially 4 days, WFH 1 day for training, after settled, the hybrid reverts to a flexible 2 WFO / 3 WFH

Williams Lea seeks a Senior Presentations Operator to join our team

Purpose of role

You will be lone staff member join a team of three, but located with a high profile separate client team. Within the same building you will have two colleagues, supporting a different client team. You will be responsible for your own workflow, client management and quality.

Main responsibilities will involve: Support the production of pitchbook style materials for a London based International Bank. Alongside standard pitchbooks you will also work on some ad-hoc requests, but the majority which will require more design input, but most of the work will be in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Word. This is an established team with a hybrid working model and you will be expected to work independently and directly with the clients, taking briefs and discussing their requirements.

The role:

- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel charting including animation
- Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook, Excel
- Must work with a high degree of accuracy and a creative eye for slide layouts
- Advanced Excel charting, including recreation from hard copy materials
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator desirable
- Work well under pressure: used to working to, and meeting / negotiating deadlines
- Managing own workflow
- Take briefs from clients whilst advising them on the best technical and design solution for layouts
- Educate and influence clients to choose effective and functional layouts and deliverables within their timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to liaise at all levels (client, team, manager and IT)
- Step up in Team Leaders absence, re admin and operational judgement calls
- Follow standards and digital guidelines for branded materials
- Proactive in self-development, using training materials and sources provided
- Keep up to date with software tools and equipment
- Keeps up to date with any changes to the client brand guidelines and communicates these changes to the rest of the team
- Develop and share best practice and working knowledge with team members
- Enthusiastic and willing attitude towards work
- Punctual and reliable
