**About Our Client**:
Fantastic Opportunity for a Junior Credit Controller to gain experience within a fast paced high volume Credit Control team.
- Assist in assessing credit worthiness of new and existing customers.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits.
- Review and analyse customer payment trends and behaviours.
- You will provide an exceptional level of customer service in all areas relating to the finance elements of the Company.
- Have the ability and skills to remain calm, listen and respond where appropriate and understand challenging concerns
- Take ownership and accountability of financial activities that have been allocated to you
- Be adaptable to be able to answer all queries on all areas
- At all times, you will need to ensure you comply with compliance rules and regulations regarding customer data and customer bank information.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience of working within a busy Credit Control team
- You will have experience of dealing with a wide range of customers
- A confident communicator you will be able to convey clear and concise messages across both written and verbal channels.
- Competent computer skills are required, with experience of Microsoft Office Suite, ideally having intermediate or advanced excel skills.
- Experience of Workday - not essential.
