As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with our Island Clients, helping them develop new skills and achieve their goals. This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for coaching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging activities in accordance with the Island’s activity model.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of our clients
- Encourage participation and foster a love for learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop our activity offering
- Maintain accurate records of client attendance and records of Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
