**Job Details**

Temporary position on a 2-year contract, working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday based at Fife House in Glenrothes. The hours of work are 8:48am to 5:00pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly skilled individual to provide front line customer and administrative support within the Electoral Services team.

As an Electoral Services Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Administrative Officer - Electoral Services.

**Qualifications, Registration and Skills Requirements**
- You are required to have a good level of interpersonal skills and abilities which will enable you to work as a member of a team and provide a regular and effective service.
- Educated to SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).
- Good IT skills.
