**The difference you will make as a Building Safety Administrator
The role holder will support the Business Management Team within the wider Building Safety Department by supporting customer and transaction activity and administering compliance systems and case management systems to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support as required.

You will also receive and respond to all customer and colleagues contacts in relation to services managed or delivered by building safety department including repairs, estate services, compliance and building safety through digital and telephone communications. Including enquiries (service delivery, service charges, request for information), complaints, feedback through a Customer Service Desk.

**About you
We are looking for someone with:

- Results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse information, and
- experience of providing meaningful management information.
- Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Compliance Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems including
- Housing Management Systems e.g., Academy/Open Housing management, C365, Promaster.

**Role Profile
- Provide a range of administrative support to the Customer and Transaction Teams
- Use Riverside systems Salesforce and HOTH to receive, update and resolve internal and external customer queries
- To identify relevant information required from other teams: which will enable an efficient first point of contact service for customers (1st line colleagues and 2nd line contact for customers).
- Administrate transactions within our job management and compliance systems, support with all supply chain enquiries and support proactive and reactive communication around service delivery for all building safety activity and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Support with access to shared spaces for a range of stakeholders, including contractors, consultants.
- Assist in monitoring progress of compliance works, including works carried out by third-party contractors, ensuring contract obligations are fulfilled in line with agreed performance frameworks, and under performance is escalated via agreed routes.
- Support the Customer and Transaction coordinators and Officers as required in the management of compliance certificate activity, including checking, processing, communicating to appropriate stakeholders, storage and anniversary planning to ensure robust compliance across the Group
- Support internal and external stakeholders effectively, including colleagues, third-party suppliers, solicitors, and Environmental Health Officers, providing support, and building constructive working relationships to effectively deliver the Group’s compliance objectives.
- Ensure that all data protection requirements are met in accordance with the Group’s policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Respond flexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertake other duties when required to support the effective operation of the service.
