**What You'll Do**
As a Faults Dispatcher at Serconnect, you'll:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and effectively
- Relay information with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate communication between clients and field staff
- Record information accurately
- Manage the complete process from initial fault identification through to reinstatement and
- invoicing
- Fill in handover documents for both day and night staff
- Utilise training effectively and work on your own initiative
