**What will I be doing in the Sales Administrator role?**
- As part of a collaborative team, promote excellent customer service and best practice with every customer
- To upsell and cross sell across the entire product range
- Process all Telesales/web orders in an efficient manner and to required timescales of the warehouse
- Ensure all order entry systems and CRM systems are updated accurately at every stage of the sales process
- Proactively work with other departments to find solutions to customers' queries
- Contacting lapsed customers during off-peak times to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide telephone support to both internal and external customers as well as stores, as part of a collaborative team.
- Refund Administration
- End to end processing of web orders
- Ensure fulfilment and supply of orders by monitoring supply times
- Process ledger sales in accordance with company guidelines and in a time efficient manner
- Promote and maintain safe working practices in all areas
- Provide administration support to staff with accuracy, efficiency & courtesy as part of a collaborative team

**What will you bring to the Sales Adminstrator role?**
- Previous experience of working within a call centre environment
- Previous experience within telesales/sales/upselling/cross selling is essential
- Previous experience of taking inbound sales calls
- Able to process orders and the relevant administration duties accurately and efficiently
- Confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- Good telephone manner

**Hours**: Mon-Thurs 08.30am - 6pm & Fri 08:30am - 5pm

**Salary**: £21,004 - £21,736 (OTE £24,000)

Located in Nottingham City Centre. This location would suit anyone with their own transport in Nottingham or the surrounding areas. The site is also easily commutable to via bus services, as there are bus stops a short walk from the site.
