It’s quite a common occurrence here. More often than not, it’s the reason behind most of their recruitment in this team. Every so often though, there is a need to bring in some new external talent which is hopefully where you come in.

If you’re an experienced Finance Business Partner with a focus on developing your career, you’ll fit in well here. Working within Commercial Finance you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the non-finance core teams are provided with the financial intelligence to deliver strategic growth.

As a Finance Business Partner, what can you expect to be involved in:
You’ll work within a specific commercial finance team of 4 that sits within a much larger central finance function. Critically, you’ll focus on:

- Acting as a business partner to specific non-finance teams, working closely with the directors and management teams to help deliver profitable growth
- Forecasting opportunities to increase revenue and drive up margins to deliver a positive impact on P & L
- Modelling various supplier deals, including scenario testing
- Track net margins of products to help identify and diagnose any potential challenges to these areas
- Risk Analysis
- Ensuring working capital is monitored and analysed to aid the decision-making process
- Presentation and delivery of key financial information to finance and non-finance colleagues as part of the monthly meetings
- Involvement in various one-off projects as required by the business
