Exceptional Talent and HR Assistant is required for this busy Regulatory Body to provide high quality support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Team.

This is a temporary role to start immediately for at least 6 months. £14.50-£15.50ph (depending on experience)

Duties
- Administer and co-ordinate recruitment campaigns
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and providing data, such as benchmarking and reports
- Align and amend job descriptions, write adverts and post jobs online, liaising with job boards and agencies where necessary
- Support the new starters process for newly appointed employees
- Provide basic advice and support around HR policies and procedures
- Take minutes at employee relations and other HR meetings, maintain administrative trackers and arrange meetings, whilst coordinating diaries
- Support the wider HR team with administration, such as raising purchase orders and updating organisational charts and the HR intranet page
- Undertake and support ad-hoc projects for the Talent and wider HR team

Knowledge and Skills Required
- Previous experience of recruitment administration with an understanding of the full recruitment process
- Sound knowledge of a Human Resources function and its activities
- Exceptional understanding of the importance of confidentiality regarding personal information and data
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to confidently communicate with a wide range of people at all levels both face to face and over the phone
- Able to work on own initiative with little supervision. Possess the ability to establish effective working relationships, to work as part of a team and to provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Able to manage several different tasks whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills including setting targets and working to deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (and other software packages); as well as inputting and retrieving information using databases.
- Able to analyse information and to use initiative to resolve problems.
