**Responsibilities**
- To work with our Commercial Director in forecasting future stock requirements to ensure stock levels are always maintained.
- To help manage internal regular cyclical stocktakes with the warehouse team and year-end stocktake including discrepancy investigation.
- To maintain accuracy of the stock computer system including costs, reorder levels & product information.
- Help communicate to the business any out of stock lines and work with the Commercial Director to expedite the return to full stock levels.
- Process stock purchase orders for domestic & international suppliers, reviewing any order confirmation queries, chase suppliers for deliveries, updating the system of expected stock receipt dates accordingly.
- To obtain quotes for import and export shipment arrangements and liaise with freight forwarders about collection and delivery, including help with customs clearance where necessary.
- To work closely with our accounts department in relation to any stock related supplier & invoice queries, (e.g. invoice discrepancies, invoice payments, returns etc.)
- To liaise with suppliers (domestic & international) regarding any stock returns, either through quality issues or delivery of incorrect items.
- To liaise with our transport companies and assist our sales office team with booking transport & managing queries.
- Complete relevant export paperwork requirements for international shipments (e.g. commercial invoices & packing lists).
- Provide up-to-date reports as and when required and any other tasks which may be required that falls within the area of supply chain.
- Reviewing product sales distribution and where there are possible pockets of growth or potential decline in sales.
- Support our sales office with additional order processing requirements.

Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist with customer relationship management by maintaining contact databases and responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects or initiatives
- Assist with marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and attending trade show events

Preferred Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of customer relationship management systems is a plus
