Working Ndt Level 3

**Essential Functions**:
- Hold the position of the Company Nominated Level 3 for the site.
- Conduct inspections and other production tasks as dictated by production requirements.
- Look after proper maintenance of NDT inspection systems so that they meet the requirements of regulating agencies.
- Perform roles and responsibilities of a Level 3, including Technique sheet and operating procedure approval.
- Provide on-site Technical support for NDT Investigations & New Product Introduction.
- Provide technical support as required for audit activities and conduct audits as required by the Quality System.
- Support Simplification projects.
- Maintain personnel expertise and formal certification in the appropriate NDT disciplines.
- Facilitate, train and coordinate the activities of the NDT teams. Impart proper skills towards processing and inspection of all parts to ensure the needs for business in terms of inspection services are met as a result of an efficient and high performing team.
- Oversee effective discovery and implementation of process related root cause and corrective actions
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college
- Previous experience within Eddy Current, X-Ray, Ultrasonic, Fluorescent Penetrant & Magnetic Particle disciplines. Level II certification in each of these disciplines would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
- Be able to accurately communicate technical issues within all levels of the organisation.
