Customer Care Consultant

A fast paced, fun and rewarding role working within one of the largest departments in the company. The department is growing at a rapid rate allowing for plenty of room for progression. The customer care role is a crucial role within the business dealing with all aspects of the property industry, dealing with sales, lettings, mortgages, surveys, property management, webchat and more, you will quickly learn everything you need to know for a fantastic career in estate agency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To call and book in all valuation enquiries received via our website and online portals.
- To answer overflow calls from all of our offices, dealing with all types of enquires.
- Monitoring and managing Dexter’s Webchat. Dealing with new and existing client enquiries.
- To speak to all new buyers 24 hours after they register to complete registration, recommend support services and identify cross-selling opportunities between sales and lettings.
- To speak to new sellers one week after they instruct to recommend support services.
- Managing and updating buyer and valuation leads passed from other estate agents in our network
**Requirements**:
- To work in accordance with our service goals - the customer should never have to ask twice and always know what to expect next.
- To become and expert in the property industry, helping clients with any questions they may have.
- To balance good customer service with the more sales-oriented approach needed to sell third party services.
- To have a positive, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
- To be able to work towards and hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- To be able to work well within a team and individually.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced role and able to multi-task.
