Working within this close-knit team, you will provide support in every operational aspect of the department. A **Recruitment and Operations Coordinator** ensures that all shifts are fully staffed with an appropriate team and that client expectations are exceeded.
You will learn to successfully manage and develop a client base and become a hiring pro We are constantly looking out for talent, so advert writing, interviewing and onboarding will become second nature for our next **Recruitment and Operations Coordinator**
**Minimum requirements**
- Experience in events, customer service, hospitality or direct recruitment
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English
- Confident phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- There will be a requirement to work longer hours and weekend work and you’ll be required to be on-call with the operations mobile on a rotating schedule - time in lieu.
