We are recruiting for an experienced Landscape Surface Installer living in or near to Stockport who will be installing a range of artificial surfaces that will include Wetpour, Artificial Grass, Resin Bound etc.,

**On offer is a salary of up to £30,000 per year, four weeks holiday, pension scheme etc.,**

Our client is a leading surfacing company that works on projects for housebuilders, public parks, schools, nurseries and other outdoor areas and invests in their team and looks to give every team member a career progression opportunity.

**As the Surfacing Installer you will be**:

- Laying a mix of artificial surfacing that will include Wetpour, Artificial Grass, Resin Bound etc.,
- Landscaping and completing grounds maintenance as required.
- Attending regular meetings and training sessions.
- Helping to develop junior team members so that they too can expand their experience and perfect their art.
- Ensuring H&S regulations and safe working practices are always adhered to, maintaining a tidy work place, clearing waste, taking receipt of material deliveries, unloading and storing these as well as liaising with customer on site.
- Representing and promoting the company ensuing that you continually work to their market leading standards to ensure a right first time surfacing installation.

**To be considered as the Surfacing Installer you will need**:

- Experience of installing artificial surfaces that will include Wetpour, Artificial Grass, Resin Bound etc.,
- A full driving licence and transport to get to the yard each morning. A company van will be provided for your working day.
- To be happy and used to working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- To be self-motivated, trustworthy, a good communicator, reliable with excellent time keeping skills.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Flexible to work overtime as required.
- Be happy on occasion to work further away which will include staying away.

**If you have any of the following that would be welcomed**:

- Experience of operating related plant and equipment.
- Experience of installing play equipment.
- Hard and/or Soft Landscaping experience.
- High level grounds and landscape maintenance experience.

**Experience**:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
