In close collaboration with Welcome2Africa’s in-country team members, your mandate will be to:

- Support team members in the functioning and day-to-day tasks of the various departments including Investment & Trade, Research, Programs, Growth, Finance and Human Resources
- Build and maintain sold, trusting relationships cross-functionally within the organization, volunteer organizations and communities
- Engaging prospective donors in conversations about the importance of their transformational investment and gradually moving them towards committed financial support
- Support in coordination and delivery of programs including program promotion and post-event engagement
- Design & implement scalable solutions (systems, processes, and people) needed to support current operations, and expected growth and to minimize growing pains

**Requirements**:

- Be a Canadian/UK/USA citizen or have permanent residence status in the mentioned places.
- Have a university degree in Social Sciences or other relevant field.
- Outstanding coalition building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
- Be fluent in English Language, both spoken and written
